About the Role

Arctis Studio is a product-led design studio building tools for creative teams. As our Senior Product Designer you'll be the design lead on our flagship SaaS dashboard, working at the intersection of user research, systems thinking, and visual craft. This is a high-ownership role — you'll shape product direction, not just execute on specs.

What You'll Do

You'll run end-to-end design from discovery through to shipped product. That means facilitating workshops with stakeholders, running usability tests, designing and maintaining our design system, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers during implementation. You'll also mentor two junior designers on the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design of core product features from brief to handoff

• Maintain and evolve the Arctis design system in Figma

• Run user interviews and synthesise findings into design decisions

• Collaborate daily with product and engineering in two-week sprints

• Present design rationale clearly to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in a SaaS or tech environment

• Expert-level Figma skills including component libraries and auto-layout

• Strong portfolio showing complex B2B interface work

• Experience running your own user research

• Comfortable giving and receiving direct design critique

Nice to Have

• Experience designing data-heavy dashboards or analytics products

• Familiarity with design tokens and Figma-to-code workflows

• Basic prototyping in Framer or ProtoPie
